Our department has recently started an FNB (Fellowship of National Board) Spine Surgery training program. This initiative is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on training to aspiring spine surgeons, equipping them with the skills and expertise necessary for modern surgical practices. The program focuses on advanced techniques in spine surgery, including both minimally invasive and complex procedures, and integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application through supervised clinical exposure
